    Enterprise Property Management is taking the necessary steps to do our part to help stop the spread of COVID-19, in hopes of limiting our customers, employees and partners to any risk of exposure.

    OFFICE OPERATIONS

    Accepting the advice of our leaders at the County, State and Federal levels, we will be limiting in-office meetings to be by appointment only. Until further notice, our office hours will be temporarily reduced to 10AM – 2PM Monday thru Friday beginning on Monday 3/23/2020. However, our staff will be working remotely and are always accessible by phone, text or e-mail.

    All services will remain in place and the team will do all that is possible to continue the high level of service you have come to expect from us, even in these trying times.     One Low Monthly Fee.  All services provided by Enterprise Property Management are covered by one monthly fee.   Unlike other Los Angeles and Orange County property management companies, our low monthly fee also covers finding and placing a new tenant in your property.   By the way, our typical properties remain vacant for less than 30 days.   We understand that everyday your property sits vacant, you are losing money.
    No Upfront Fees or Costs.  It costs nothing to get started.   Any accrued costs or fees can be deducted AFTER we have placed a qualified tenant in your property.  As such, we are extremely motivated to work diligently to rent your property because we do not get paid until you are paid.
