I have been renting from Enterprise for about 6-7 years. I had 3 different property managers. Have had so many headaches with the prior 2 managers. The only reason I am giving them a 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ review is because of Clarence. (If I had to rate the prior 2 there would be no stars on the review) Clarence is extremely professional, respectful, friendly, nice, and always has a smile on his face. He actually listens when you talk to him, responds to all the messages and calls. The most important, he has given me results! I truly appreciate him for being so patient and understanding.
Nima is also a great person. He is not my property manager, but he is always extremely helpful, nice, and respectful when I see him in the office. Has always passed on messages to the property manager with all my concerns.
Clarence and Nima are the guys to have in charge of your property. I assure you that you’re tenants will be pleased.
