“The calls are always answered by a live person (that’s always helpful) and reception is always welcoming when we need to go into the office for anything.  Our property manager is very pleasant and professional. Any repair requests that we have informed her about have been handled in a timely manner and usually followed up by another staff member making sure things were completed.”
